@VZWSupport I am located in the US. I was told that to was activated for my account but because I bought the phone from a third-party Verizon didn’t support it.

@VZWSupport Already tried and it didn’t get me anywhere… After 3 hours, @VZWSupport has not been able to fix the issue. Seems like Verizon is locking out unlocked phones. Paired with the spotty service at our house, this is really frustrating. I guess I shouldn't hold my breath for RCS/Chat...
